Heat Press:
Cotton - 150c for 15 seconds
Polyester - 135c for 12 seconds
 
Baking paper /heat protection paper / teflon protection sheets between the transfer and heat press/iron.
 
Peel after 10 seconds, then repress with protection paper for 10 seconds.
